(1) Account Creation: You may create an account on AllDay-Productions.com in order to place an online order and save items in your Wish List. To create an account, the following personal information is required: e-mail address and full name. You also need to choose a username and a personal password.
If you wish to correct/modify your personal data, there is the corresponding option on the account management pages.

(2) Filling out an order form: If you have created an account, you should use it to fill out an order form. The information in this account will be used to complete the order and you will have to fill in some additional information, such as information on the payment method, contact phone number, different shipping address for products (optional), information for issuing invoices (TIN, DOU, Profession, name), where this is necessary.
(3) Subscribe to the Newsletter: If you want to subscribe to the Newsletter, fill in your e-mail address and select 'Register'. Subscription to the Newsletter can also be done when creating an account.
3.4 Use of personal data
Clearing electronic transactions: If you choose Credit/Debit/Prepaid card as the payment method, you will be taken to the stripe page, where you will be asked to enter the following information: card number and type, name of the holder (as written on the card), expiration date and Code CVV2 (for Visa cards) or CVC2 (for MasterCard cards) Verification code.
Please note that AllDay-Productions.com does not collect or store your card information in any way. The electronic transaction with cards is done with stripe's secure system through re-direction to a secure environment-secure server of the specific bank and transfer of card details with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Couriers: Delivery of orders to our customers is carried out by partner courier companies. For this purpose, AllDay-Productions.com forwards your personal information, such as name and shipping address to the partner courier companies, so that the delivery of your order is possible.
3.5 Non-assignment to third parties
Your personal data is used in accordance with the terms contained in this Privacy Policy and we will not rent, sell or promote your personal data to third parties without your prior express consent.

The product information, descriptions and photos published online on AllDay-Productions.com website are from AllDay-Productions.com. AllDay-Productions.com disclaims all liability regarding their content. The photos of the products are indicative and cannot act as binding for AllDay-Productions.com.
5. Prices and VAT
The prices of the products listed are in euros (€). The prices do not include shipping costs, which are added to your order, depending on the place and type of delivery. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process, before the customer accepts them and completes their order. AllDay-Productions.com reserves the right to adjust the prices listed without notice, but is committed to applying the price listed at the time of order.
For sending products to the countries of the European Union, and in accordance with the sixth (6th) Community Directive on VAT, the prices are charged with the corresponding VAT applicable in Greece.
6. Stock Footage
Permissions & Restrictions
A. All the licenses in "individual stock footage" are valid for a single user, or by company that will use the material owned by AllDay-Productions.com, which will be identified by the email where he filled at the time of purchased, or, in case who is a subscriber in stock footage of AllDay-Productions.com website, then the email address user/company stated when signing up for the subscription will apply.
B. Each license in "individual stock footage" is of unlimited use and unlimited duration, which means that each user or, company will be able to use the material in any profile/channel/website and wherever it is managed by the same, user/company and as many times as he wishes
C. The license for "subscribers" is of unlimited use and unlimited duration, and that means that the benefits of their plans can be used as a user, or, by the company is an active subscriber in the stock footage of AllDay-Productions.com. Each subscriber will be able to use the material, and their benefits in any profile/channel/website, wherever it is managed by the same user or company, and as many times he wishes, as long is active subscriber. If the user/company subscription ends and he ain't wish to renew, the user will canot be use any unuploeded footage outside of the plan period, that probably already downloaded from allday-productions.com stock footage
D. Licenses are non-transferable and non-giftable, each subscriber licensed by AllDay-Productions.com for material obtained from AllDay-Productions.com is solely for those to whom the license was sent when purchasing the material or subscription.
E. Licenses are not revoked, each license in "individual stock footage" corresponds to the video or photo in question. After your completed payment in individual stock footage, automatically you get the link to download the files ( license & Footage ). So, after that the cancel is not possible. So you should be absolutely sure before choosing anything from stock footage of AllDay-Productions.com, because you'll can't cancel, once you have downloaded the material and the license.
7. Subscriptions & Rules
A. Subscription packages ensure that media is downloaded from AllDay-Productions.com stock media. Each subscription can be an individual, or company. With an annual or two-year subscription, without the possibility of cancellation before their expiration.
B. Subscriptions are not transferable, and their durations are not freeze. After their expiration, the subscriber can, if he so wishes, renew his subscription.
C. Subscriber Privileges: These are the privileges listed in each subscription package for the respective package selected by the subscriber. Packages cannot accepting changes any of the benefits without informing the subscribers as long as there are active subscribers on the package in question. In the event that any change is made to any package with active members, there will never be an extra charge, until the end of their subscription.
8. Issuance of Documents
AllDay-Productions.com issues retail receipts for purchases of products through its website by individuals. For companies or freelancers, and to issue an invoice, additional information is required: Name, Tax ID, D.O.Y and Profession.
9. Availability
AllDay-Productions.com bears no responsibility for any deficiencies observed by the supplier, regarding the availability of specific products. In the event that a product is not available, we will contact you via e-mail within five (5) business days to inform you of the likely date it will be available. In the event that the new product availability date does not satisfy you, and you do not want any of the previous options, you can cancel your order and request a refund according to the conditions mentioned in section 11 of these terms. If in your order there are some items that are available and some that are not, we commit to deliver the available products to you, and to take one of the above actions.
10. Shipping and Delivery of Products
The products are delivered to the shipping address you indicated to us during your order, and according to the delivery times stated for each type of product and each region. The delivery times mentioned are indicative, depend on the availability of the products and are based on information provided by the courier. AllDay-Productions.com is not responsible for any changes to these times or for cases of shipping delays due to the courier or force majeure.
AllDay-Productions.com reserves the right to adjust the shipping prices listed without notice, but is committed to applying the price listed at the time of order.
Commitment of a specific time for the delivery of products by the customer is not accepted.
Cash on delivery is not supported.
In cases where the weight of the order or the dimensions of the parcel exceed the permissible limits for shipment, we reserve the right to split the shipment into smaller loads/parcels.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check the products sent to you. In the event that you find any damage to the packaging upon receipt of your order, you must inform us immediately, writing the problem on the delivery note and signing it. You must also send us further details of the damage within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product by sending an email (signed) to contact@allday-productions.com. Otherwise, allday-productions.com does not bear any responsibility for such damage.
In case of refusal or inability to receive a product on your part, we reserve all our legal rights for the damage we may have suffered.
If products are returned to allday-productions.com due to an incorrect or missing address, shipping charges are non-refundable. If further shipping charges are incurred, AllDay-Productions.com may charge further shipping charges.
The goods travel on behalf of the customer. Until full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of AllDay-Productions.com.
11. Force Majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather conditions, etc.), we are unable to fulfill your order within the pre-determined time frame we have set, we will contact you to let us know whether you wish to proceed at the completion of your order under the new data and in a new period.
12. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Please note that returns on "Canvas" are not accepted except for misprints.
2. Please note that returns on "Digital Products" are not accepted. Be absolutely sure before your purchase.
3. Cancellation & refunds on services accepted only under conditions
a. To Cancel a service booked with AllDay Productions you'll lost the deposit fee when you had made booking for your service (applied on specified services, read more "Terms of Services")
b. In Case you have paid all the amount of the service when you made the booking and you wish to cancel, this is possible only 60 days before the event started and can be refunded only the remaining amount, NOT the advance payment "Deposit" (applied on specified services, read more "Terms of Services")
c. In Case you have paid all the amount of the service when you made the booking and you wish to cancel after the event has completed for any reason, in that case can't be refund any amount that you already paid.
Note: Please read more "Terms of Services" before booking any of our services!
13. Cancellation of Order (Not Services)
Order cancellation can be done through the special form in our contact tab (Contact), and only if the invoicing process of your order has not started. If your order has not passed the billing stage, then you will be able to cancel it. Your order will be processed via the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. In case of cancellation, you will be sent an automatic email from AllDay-Productions.com confirming the cancellation of the order.
14. Payment Methods
CREDIT/DEBIT/PREPAID CARDS & PAYPAL
The customer's credit/debit/prepaid card is charged only for the specific payment transaction of the purchase of products from the AllDay-Productions.com website.
AllDay-Productions.com does not collect or store your card details in any way. The card payment process takes place through re-direction in the Stripe system.
In case you have paid by credit/debit/prepaid card, your details are verified and allday-productions.com reserves the right to request or require furthero information to validate your purchase. In case there is the slightest suspicion of illegal use of the credit card or any other illegal action on your part, AllDay-Productions.com has the right to cancel the transaction. In the event that this illegal action causes any form of damage, moral or financial, allday-productions.com reserves every legal right to protect its rights.

Cash on delivery is not supported.
15. Special Offers
AllDay-Productions.com may run various special offers, which are valid for a limited number of items. In the event that a product is sold out, we bear no responsibility.

All payments made using a card are processed through Stripe's "Stripe e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

These Terms of Use were last updated on 3/3/2023. AllDay-Productions.com reserves the right to change or correct the Terms of Use at any time and to update its website accordingly.
18. Applicable/Governing Law
These terms are subject to the provisions of Greek Law. For any dispute that arises, the Courts of Athens are competent.
